As a wound ostomy Nurse Practitioner with Weill Cornel medicine Colorectal surgery dept, my professional journey is driven by deep commitment to improving lives of patients facing Complex wounds and ostomy challenges. My role is both a privilege and a responsibility, allowing me to combine advanced clinical expertise with compassionate patient centered care.
Jennifer McCormac is a dedicated Nurse practitioner and Certified Wound / Ostomy Nures (CWON) with a passion for provideing exceptional patint care in wound and ostomy management . She graduated from Stony Brokk University where she developed a strong foundation in advanced nursing practice. Jennifer has gained extensive experience in speacialized wound and ostomy management through her work at Stony Brook Southampton Center for Advanced wound healing and Memorial sloan Kettering in the wound and ostomy Treatment room dept. Her expertise , combined with a compassionate approach enables her to deliver individualized evidence - based care to patients with complex medical needs, enhancing their quality of life and promoting healing.
Jennifer Is a memeber of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses Society
